Three of the A330s will be configured to seat 116 passengers in an all-club class layout to launch nonstop daily services between Hong Kong and London from March 2012, it added.

Hong Kong Airlines has announced today that it plans to launch an all Club Class service flying daily non-stop between London and Hong Kong starting from 7 March 2012.
Hong Kong Airlines will operate Flight HX875 departing from Hong Kong at 2350 arriving in London Gatwick Airport, North Terminal the next day at 0555. HX876 will depart from London at 2130 arriving in Hong Kong at 1805 the following day. The new service will be operated with a dedicated fleet of three brand new Airbus A330-200s featuring a unique all Club Class seating configuration. Each of these ultra-modern aircraft will showcase two premium cabins: ‘Club Premier’ and ‘Club Classic’. Both Clubs have been created to deliver the airline’s exceptional signature service.
The Club Class is introducing a new blueprint for air travel, creating a prestigious and sophisticated flying journey. The London service will boost the airline’s presence in Europe and provide passengers with increased connectivity between the two global business capitals of the world. The new flagship route takes a pivotal role on flight network development and reach of international market, and the continued expansion of our network highlights our commitment to boost our home city’s role as one of the world’s great international aviation hubs.
The concept for the all Club Class aircraft will provide passengers with ambience experience and an exceptional crew to guest ratio, and we are confident that we have the right knowledge and experience to make a success of the new all Club Class daily service. Club Premier will include 34 luxurious suites with fully flat 6’1” beds configured 1-2-1 in the two forward cabins; a fine dining service with individual table settings, superior wines and champagne; turndown service with duvets, pyjamas and slippers and luxury amenity kits. Club Classic will feature 82 cradle seats configured 2-2-2 over two cabins with a spacious 51” seat pitch with 22” width and superior dining. All cabins come complete with WIFI, AVOD, digital magazines and high definition 16:9 ratio widescreens; 15.4” in Club Premier and 10.4” in Club Classic.
