C'est un 19 places rustique

Modernized aircraft will be characterized by many changes. Fundamental changes include: MTOW increase, payload increase, essential double enlargement of front luggage compartment as a result of aircraft nose prolongation and, last but not least, new wing structure with integral fuel tank and its production technology. Integral fuel tanks will enable significant increase of fuel capacity.



It will use a GE H85-200 power plant together with AV 725 propellers. Operators, by means of these crucial changes, receive an aircraft with improved parameters and utility characteristics such as range extension, cruising speed increase and radical engine “hot and high performance” improvement. Implementation of “damage tolerance” maintenance philosophy will significantly increase the operation life of the aircraft. Last but not least, we will implement a full "Glass Cockpit“ into pilot cabin. The passenger cabin will undergo significant modernization, which, as a result, will offer an environment that passengers are used to from higher category aircrafts.


Development of the L 410 NG is realized in terms of the MOSTA project, in which other Czech companies and research or educational institutions are cooperating. The project is supported by state resources by means of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.



Composites, which will be used on the L 410 NG, are being developed by the INKOM project, also financially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Built using modern production techniques by the Czech Republic’s Aircraft Industries Company and featuring new Garmin G3000 avionics, the 19-seat L410NG prototype inherits what the company calls the best of the currently serial-produced L-410UVP-E20. Aircraft Industries said it expects the airplane to fly for the first time “shortly” and win certification in time to begin serial production in 2017.

The L-410NG’s new wing structure, which features an “integral” fuel tank and increased fuel capacity, allows for significantly more range (1,350 nm) and endurance (10 hours), according to the manufacturer. Designers also increased maximum payload to 4,749 pounds and expanded the front luggage compartment to allow for 105.24 cu ft of volume, resulting in 880 pounds more cargo carrying capacity.

Other improvements include more powerful GE H85 engines, rated for a maximum takeoff power of 850 hp, and new AV-725 propellers. A new engine gearbox results in “significant” external and internal noise reduction due to a lower maximum propeller speed (reduced from 2,080 rpm to 1,950 rpm). An increase in engine power raises maximum cruise speed to 225 knots. Finally, the design calls for an increase in service life to 30,000 flight hours and/or cycles.

Les polonais font aussi des avions ceci
Et des sympas.

Grosse tradition industrielle aussi en Europe centrale à ne pas oublier...
