Bonjour !

Ryan's Mexican airline venture was one of several aviation investments made after selling most of his Ryanair stake in the early 2000s.
The low-profile entrepreneur has been hugely successful in replicating the Ryanair low-cost formula across the world. He made a fortune when backing €800m-valued US airline start-up Allegiant, which floated in 2007. Ryan made a return of five times his initial investment in just 18 months.
Irelandia was also one of the early investors in Singapore low-cost flyer Tiger, earning Ryan another huge windfall when it floated in 2009.
The Ryan company also owns a major stake in a Colombia start-up airline Viva Colombia.
The Ryan family connection with Mexico has been strong ever since the late Tony Ryan bought a luxury seafront home next door to financier Sir Jimmy Goldmith in the 1980s. Vivaaerobus is now Mexico's fourth largest airline, operating 19 jets.
