GECAS, mène des transactions complexes avec Air Asia, et "Air Asia Berhad’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Asia Aviation Capital Ltd (AACL)"
Le premier A320NEO (Leap) incorporé chez Air-Asia, sera un lease back GECAS.
Qui paradoxalement rachète des (4) A320 Usagés, dont des motorisés IAE !
En gros, je te loue (Lease back certainement) 5 A320(NEO) et j'en reprend (Rachète) 4 (CEO) ...
Noter le rôle de AACL, pour la gestion de flotte d'Air Asia, des centaines d'avions en commande, beaucoup en lease back, et aussi des centaines à vendre dans les prochaines années de quoi occuper à plein temps une filiale spécialisée (AACL) !
Et GECAS bien en place au milieu du système Air-Asia, démontre aussi sa souplesse et son adaptabilité, pas d'ostracisme, pour reprendre 2 A320 IAE !

AACL is the leasing entity incorporated to provide aircraft leasing services to the AirAsia Group and to third parties. Its business offerings include the purchase and trading of aircraft assets including sale-and-leaseback transactions, leasing to airline customers and aircraft portfolio trading. In addition, AACL expects to build up its ancillary services such as offering maintenance programs bundled with leases, spare engine leasing as well as advisory services.
